1. Scope

This policy describes information that may be processed when the operator uses Quran Video Studio and connects optional third-party services. The legal-information website itself is a static page and does not provide an account, contact form or analytics feature.

2. Information that may be processed

Video and content data: Quran text references, translations, recitation audio, background media, rendered videos, captions and hashtags supplied or selected for video preparation.
TikTok connection data: if TikTok authorization is enabled, the authorization credentials or access tokens provided by TikTok, the account identifiers and profile information made available through the permissions the operator grants, and information needed to upload or manage the operator's content.
Telegram data: if Telegram review notifications are enabled, the bot credentials, chat identifiers, messages and video files needed to send review material and receive an explicit decision.
Technical workflow data: if GitHub Actions is used, workflow logs, execution metadata and temporary build artifacts associated with preparing videos.

3. Purposes

Information is used to prepare video drafts, deliver them for human review when that feature is configured, connect the operator's own TikTok account when authorized, troubleshoot the workflow and maintain security. Content is not intended to be published without the operator's explicit approval of the specific video.

4. Sharing and third-party providers

Information may be processed by the services the operator chooses to connect, including TikTok, Telegram and GitHub, according to their own terms and privacy policies. Information is not intentionally sold. The operator should not submit other people's personal or sensitive information unless there is a lawful basis to do so.

5. Storage and retention

Information may be stored in the operator's configured repositories, secret storage, workflow logs, artifacts or connected-service accounts. Retention depends on those settings and the retention rules of each provider. Temporary artifacts and logs may remain available until deleted or automatically expired under provider settings. Do not assume that deleting a local copy deletes copies held by a third-party provider.

6. Security

The operator should keep API keys, bot tokens and OAuth credentials private, use protected secret storage, limit access to connected accounts and revoke access when it is no longer needed. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

7. Your choices and requests

The account owner can stop using connected services, revoke third-party authorization through the relevant provider, and delete content or workflow artifacts where the provider offers that control. 8. Children

This tool is not designed to collect personal information directly from children. Do not provide children's personal information through video, captions, messages or connected services.
